Securitas Consulting was once also an idea, a vision that is still moving forward. From the beginning we have built our firm from the bottom up: first we came up with our corporate identity and logo (which has evolved throughout time), and we developed an expertise on delivering legal and occupational health and safety (OH&S) solutions that generate value. From our outset we have stayed true to our principles: practicality, innovation, and proficiency.
We provide the solutions that our clients need, without making matters more complex. Our team is relentless in its objective of being instrumental in the creation of value and incorporating innovation and technology. We don’t just talk about entrepreneurship, we conceive ourselves as a venture firm with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and creativity.
The firm leads the implementation of technology and software for customized legal solutions. We adopt legal technology in document generation, automation of legal drafting, research, and process management, amongst others. Additionally, our OH&S solutions are first developed from a technical, industrial, and business oriented standpoint. We believe in continuous improvement and thus are constantly evaluating ourselves, according to metrics that make us better and more proficient.
Ours is not only an entrepreneurial firm, we continuously seek emerging ideas and partner with visionaries who want to realize their dreams on solid foundations. Our firm is a customized business incubator and accompanies successful processes, which need robust financial, legal, and technical foundations to launch and grow. Thus, we provide tailor-made legal and financial counsel. Also, in those projects we find exceptional potential, we partner with co-founders to seek financing and seed capital.
There is nothing more gratifying than seeing startups grow, which is why we work together with these initiatives according to our Alternative Fees Agreements (AFAs), which integrate alternative rates and shared risk, such that our success fees are only due to the extent that the established objectives are achieved. Our expertise and compliance services in corporate law, tax, intellectual property, and innovation, among others, and best practices in occupational health and safety (OH&S) are thus readily available to entrepreneurs.
