Chief Operating Officer (CEO)<\/h3>

\nMr. Belalcazar plays a pivotal role at Securitas Consulting<\/b> and is in charge of guaranteeing the firm fulfills its promise to provide the best and most innovative legal and occupational health and safety (OH&S) solutions. Julio is committed we meet the expectations of our clients and our team implements the best practices with creativity, practicality, and ingenuity, according to a results-based approach and making the best out of new technologies. In his work as CEO he is responsible for coordinating the teams for our clients and ensuring that our lawyers and consultants undertake solutions that create value, which enable us to build long-term relationships.

\n\nJulio Cesar holds a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia), has an LL.M. from the University of Munich (LMU) in Germany, and holds a degree in Economics from the University of London in the United Kingdom. \n

\nMr. Belalcazar is cofounder and legal representative of Terrenta S.A. <\/b>(a Fintech focused in crowdfunding based in Bogota) and a member of the board of directors of Segurexpo de Colombia S.A.<\/b>, which are both supervised financial institutions. Additionally Mr. Belalc\u00e1zar is on the German Embassy\u2019s list of lawyers in Colombia.\n

Juan Manuel Ruiz Trejos

\nMr. Juan Manuel Ruiz has an extensive background in legal counseling and before joining Securitas Consulting<\/b> worked for leading law firms in Colombia, as well as an in-house counsel for a well known company in the Oil & Gas business. He has been a legal consultant for national and international companies, primarily on corporate law, compliance, and corporate governance, with a focus on the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources practice. Throughout his career Juan Manuel has merged his understanding of business with legal counseling.

\n\nMr. Ruiz has a degree in Law from Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia), a specialization in Mining and Energy Law from Universidad Externado in Colombia, and has a B.B.A. from the European University of Barcelona Business School in Spain.

Alejandro Acosta

Mr. Acosta manages the firm's operations and the efficient deployment of our human and technical resources. He has worked in Germany and Colombia, where he has led the business operations and commercial development of several European companies and was responsible for their growth in Latin America.

\nAlejandro is an engineer from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Germany and his technical knowledge and business acumen has enabled the firm to perform more efficiently and our team to be more productive.

Mr. Ortiz is responsible for advancing Securitas Consulting<\/b> in order for it to remain an avant-garde firm that undertakes high-quality solutions. He is responsible for customer satisfaction and is continuously in touch with clients obtaining relevant feedback on the services we provide.

Mr. Ortiz holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia) with emphasis on international business. He is a certified ISO 14001 Lead Auditor for Environmental Management Systems (EMSs) and is a consultant for the EO100 standard used to certify sustainable energy development projects.
